Counselor Training Network

Access the training communication tool to connect with other counselors and request training that may not exist yet.

Counselors can use this network to:

• Request training
• Manage current and past training requests
• Find other counselors to discuss similar customer needs and training gaps and organize a training option
• Update contact information

This is a private communication tool for career counselors and advisors who work in WorkForce Centers, public and private colleges and universities, social service agencies, and private practice. Contact the Training Resource Center to see if you are eligible to join the Counselor Training Network. You'll be given a user name and password.

1. Instructions on How to Use the Counselor Training Network

   Once you log in, you'll see three options:

   • Manage Training Requests
     Use the online form to request occupation, industry, or work-related training in Minnesota. You can also review and update current and past training requests.
   • Counselor Network
     Search counselors by location or agency. Use the contact information or send e-mails with training requests.
   • Manage Counselor Contact Information
     Modify your contact information or change your user name and password.
