Become an ISEEK Provider

First, look through the Browse List under Find Schools to see if your institution is listed. NOTE: Your institution must be in the state of Minnesota.

If your institution does not appear in the list, it's easy to become an ISEEK education and training provider. Submit the form below to become a registered provider. Your response will be forwarded to the Minnesota Office of Higher Education (MOHE) for their approval. Once MOHE gives their authorization, you will be notified of the next steps to becoming a Provider.

You will receive notification of your login ID and password, as well as access to the Information Manager where you will maintain data about your organization. This separate web address is used for added security.
