Counselors often need to assist their students or clients who encounter barriers to their education or employment. There are many local public and community based organizations who provide such services. Some of these resources include targeted eligibility requirements and others are open to all Minnesotans. Each organization will work with individuals to determine if they are eligible for programs and, if not, will refer them to other resources.
