You may be eligible for federally funded training opportunities.
If you were laid off from your job as part of a mass layoff, you may qualify for training services through the Dislocated Worker program. This U.S. Department of Labor program links qualified laid-off workers to job opportunities in their communities, including both occupational training and training in basic skills. Participants use an "individual training account" to select an appropriate training program from a qualified training provider.
