The Business Analyst / Systems Analyst are becoming key positions inside corporations today. With the increased demand for systems to automate tasks as well as the opportunity to track key performance indicators, it is more important than ever to have people on your staff that have the ability to ask the right questions, gather information, document your findings, and present solutions. The Business Analyst / Systems Analyst Program give individuals all of the key skills they need to be a successful BA and or SA for many corporate employers. The program contains key components of solid desk top application skills, key professional development skills, and all of the BA and SA skills to be effective in this role. Having a solid back ground with project management will also be needed to help deliver the requirements for projects on time and within the constraints that have been set by the business. Should the student want to pursue certification, the Business Analyst / Systems Analyst Program will fulfill the education requirements for the Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) certification and at least two Microsoft Office Suite (MOS) or Microsoft Office Application Specialist (MCAS) certifications. Students must allocate application fees and exam fees within one year of program start date.
