Energy Competency Models
What knowledge and skills does an energy worker need?
The Employment and Training Administration (ETA) worked with industry leaders to develop a competency model for the energy industry. The model shows a wide variety of skills and knowledge areas needed in energy. Some are specific to an occupation or one or more parts of the energy industry. Others include more general workplace, academic, and personal effectiveness competencies.
