Printing companies produce newspapers, periodicals, books, custom print jobs, business forms, greeting cards, blank books, and other bound materials. They provide services such as typesetting, platemaking, and bookbinding.

Commercial printing companies print newspaper inserts, catalogs, pamphlets, direct-mail materials, and many other kinds of advertisements.
