Cardiovascular Technologists

Cardiovascular technologists and technicians help doctors identify and treat cardiac (heart) and vascular (blood vessel) problems.

Cardiovascular technologists perform diagnostic tests on patients such as electrocardiograms and echocardiograms. In addition to operating the medical equipment, they help to prepare the patient and monitor vital signs during the test.
