Testing Agent Authorization
The license information below is specific to the state of Minnesota.
Description
License Requirements:
-Attendance at Pullorum training school - 1st year only.
-Pass field instruction by a Board veterinarian - 1st year only.
-Field instruction only for Temporary Authorization until person can attend next training school.
-Pullorum-Typhoid Testing Authorization course must be repeated every six years.
License Fees:
The one-time training course costs between $20 and $30.
Period:
Authorizations valid for three years.
Determination:
New - issued upon receipt of field instruction report. Renewals - 1 day.
