Athlete Agent Registration
The license information below is specific to the state of Minnesota.
Description
License Requirements:
-Complete application form.
The term of an Athlete Agent registration is two years. Renewal forms are sent to the Athlete Agent's resident address approximately 45 days prior to the expiration date.
To renew an Athlete Agent registration, submit:
-Athlete Agrent Registration Application.
-Athlete Agent Renewal fee.
License Fees:
Registration fee - $500 (covers first two years)
Reciprocal fee - $500
Athlete Agent Renewal fee - $400
Period:
Two years.
Determination:
30 days.
